There are reasons which make credit card interest rates so high. High credit card interest rates make having this kind of debt a bad idea especially if it compounds very quickly after we bought things that quickly lose their value.

    Good question - it can be ordered at any book store that is for sure suing the ISIN number etc. from book site - let me know how it goes please and thank you for interest. Michael

    Is the book going to come out in Australia at any point? I know you can order it on-line if you’ve got a credit card, but I don’t (for reasons outlined here!).
