   well, the squigglevision early episodes ARE a little less funny at times.

   Improv can yield great results, but once the series really got into it’s own groove and started to write full scripts it served them very well.

    The series never reveals it..it’s not Erkin, Paula hints a few times it might be an asian guy in town, i cant remember his name haha.

    Well yeah, Brendon Small created the show with Loren Bouchard (playing Josie, his little sister). Paula Poundstone played “Paula” for the first few episodes, and a Melissa played “Melissa”, Mitch Hedberg played “Mitch”….basically an early running gag was to make the characters named after the people who played them, because early episodes were almost pure improv and they didn’t want to make it confusing.

    If you look in the credits at the end you can see a REAL guy named BREANDON SMALL who was part of the team to make this series! How ironic!
